You don't have to. You said that your mum doesn't care before (have I got it wrong? sry) my mum & dad are similar to yours they seem like they don't care and is your brother mean to you? (or am I mixing this up with another person) stand up to him. Tell your parents. If they don't care or understand the problem, then hang out with a pet. When I'm sad, that always helps. If you don't have a pet, try doing something like quizzes or drawing or stories that helps you overcome your stress. I'm sorry if what I said doesn't help :( feel better soon <3

Ty, but my sis and dad are the only nice ones, its just that my dad doesn't live with us and my sister is always busy and all that's left is my brother and mom, but I'm getting through it
