Probably 7/10, but it's going down a bit. I told my dad since he understands what I go through more than my mom

Breathe in and out, in and out, it'll be ok, let your mom know too, just in case, try to take a walk after class or something to breathe. Are you feeling something else?

Not really, that's just mainly it, I just need to try to breathe, I had a doctors appointment a while ago, they said I was fine, it may be my sugar levels and anxiety and fear in a mix

Also, I have been stressed from work and my brother has been mad at me and my sister for no reason. When he did, I said he was "IBLIS TRIGGERED" and he got mad, but I sort of don't regret it

My grandma is now sick, it's not COVID, but I feel bad anyway...
Plus, my dad is sick too...yet again, not COVID -
I just hope everyone else is staying safe though, I feel my family has been stressed...(Well, not my brother, he's ENJOYING ruin other's lives...)
