I'm gonna go lay down and drink some Bang, that may just clear my thoughts. I haven't been sleeping at all and my thoughts are all on Shadow. I'm overwhelming myself with guilt(Cinna can tell you).

It seems like you're a little obsessed with Shadow and that might be unhealthy. Try drinking some water and going on a walk to help clear your thoughts.

Look I'm going to try to help, ok? But I'm not going to make him do anything, bc that wouldn't make me a good person. And I understand what you just said, but that can't happen. Just try to not focus on him. I know that it's hard. But you have to try. I even suggest getting a therapist because this has gotten out of hand and you need people to help you wth this because you're in so much pain.
