Hello everybody!
You’re all welcome to take advantage of this space and ask for support or vent in relation to your personal psychology and daily life.
However, after some thought, I found it important to remind you guys of some things that are not acceptable.
Express your feelings as much as necessary, but be mindful of other’s triggers, remember to censor yourselves and hide posts from the “recent posts” feed, and please, while it may feel hopeless at times, do not consistently pull stunts that cause your friends here to worry.
It is okay to need validation or reassurance. It’s best to just ask for those things directly if that is what you are seeking. However, choosing avenues such as threatening to h*rm yourself is NOT okay.
ex: “hey guys, i feel bad because ____. are we still okay? or “i’m not feeling so good about myself today, can i ask for support?”
NOT
“no one cares about me and i have no friends, so i’m gonna [explicit language]”
To make something clear, you’re permitted to vent if you are feeling those ways. What makes it not okay is either guilting you friends to worry about you or making grand posts with explicit/triggering content for validation.
Thanks yall; let’s keep this place a safe space for everyone!
