I just want somebody to love, maybe I love too much, or feel too much, I just want to protect everyone I love from anything that could ever hurt them but I can't
It hurts -
i feel the same exact way <33 i've had to learn that i don't need to protect everyone, even though i want to.. so hey *big bear huggies* i'm always here if you need to talk, though, i know that it's hard

Sometimes you try your hardest to be someone worth remembering but you just fade to the background anyway

Almost all of my friends went out to dinner without me, they didn't even bother to ask
They also didn't bring another friend of mine, we were the only ones who didn't go -
But the other friend who hadn't gone invited me to go on a walk and that felt nice
We talked about hot chocolate at some point so they were like "Hey, I'll get some money and we can go get a hot chocolate"
So the friend went back and another friend who HAD gone to the dinner joined us, I didn't have any money w me but one of them for a drink and another got some tasty bread and we all shared -
You bet your rear I'm planning on making it back up to the friend who invited me to walk
I wanna go have some nice sips with them at that café and pay for it
Because I so badly needed love, some outside time, and a friend atm and they were there -
It just made me sad to hear that almost the entire friend group went out to eat dinner together and they probably didn't even consider me
Or even worse, they did and decided not to invite me -
I just want to be someone's number one, not someone's second best
That might sound selfish but I hate hearing "Oh, [blank] couldn't come so invited you" like why did you have to say that
