Sometimes, the world gets rough. Things can be hard to see when depression and anxiety gets in the way. Step back, and take a deep breath. Focus on some positive things. Make a list if it helps!

-Walked the dog today
-Took care of my hygiene
-Cleaned up the desk in my room
-Spoke to a friend
These may not seem like much, but when you aren't doing good mental health wise, these are very big accomplishments! And, as a reminder, you aren't alone! There is always someone to talk to, even when it seems like their isn't.
