Thread Topic: TALK SMART
-
do you ever feel like you have to dumb down your conversation for those around you.(or just want to talk like it)? well here is a thread for people to talk about theory, phylosophy, and anything else that requires an I.Q above 120.
-
:D lol ork i had no idea you were smart...(no offense)
-
none taken.
-
lol by the way, the theory that nothing moves you probably found is the Greeks theory, that if every step you take has a beginning and the beginning has a beginning and it is infinitely divisible, then you can never really begin. that theory was dissproven..the yate's is mine :P

if space is infinite, then it is safe to say that there are an infinite amount of universes in it. and with an infinite amount of universes there are an infinite amount of galaxies. and if there are an infinite amount of galaxies, there is also an infinite number of stars. with infinite stars there are infinite planets. but not all of those universes have galaxies, nor galaxies have stars, or stars have planets. and added ontop of that the astronomical odds of a planet supporting life, and you come to realize that the total percentage of the universe's space populated by life equels such a small decimal that life itself balances back out to zero.
we dont exist, never have, and never will. -
first of all, if you start talking about UNIVERSE (S) i might puke...universe means everything that exists, that means every new thing that is discovered, and the people that named the new units universes was crazy, and obviously not in the right mind...lol having said that...
if everything is infinite, then the odds, that support any reality will be hit at some point in existence. also if everything is infinite than the compensation of the odds are infinite, so the astronomical occurrence will continue occurring for eternity, in every phase of motion. -
the word "universe" itself is self contridictory because it translates into "one word" which links back into religion (but in not going into religiouse debates) but, at any given moment, an infinite amount of choices are being made. with each choice, a concurent reality is created to follow from that point on.
multi-versse does make sense, it just cant be explained. it has to be realized by each person individually. i get what your getting at, i really do. but i also understand myself better. so to save alot of headache and bickering, lets just agree, to disagree.
:) -
lol, chill' i was debating with a fellow scholar...but sure, agree to disagree
-
lol sorry, i started typing that before you posted and i didnt see it, i guess we do agree.
:P -
yea...how high is YOUR I.Q.?
-
last time i checked it was 127. you?
-
lol, my I.Q. test usually comes up around 70-75...
-
o_o uummm... ok.
well, einstien was legally retarted and couldnt make above a 65 on an i.q test so i guess thats a good thing. -
lol, i think the whole I.Q. test is bull...the questions it asks have no logical answer, and not only that but logic is not the only sort of intelligence...i don't know but i think something needs to change about them...
-
there is no logical base for an I.Q. test to make its comparison from.
