  there's this kid at school who's sooo annoying. he's all strange and perverted. he'll go up to me, say something stupid, and then be like, "what's your problem?" ugh, what should i do?

  If he's being "strange" or "annoying" then maybe he just wants to hang around someone. Don't be mean to him if he's just being random or something. :\
  
  If he's being perverted, then tell him to stop being perverted. That's all there is to it.

  What you really oughtta do is tell your principal that you are being sexually harassed.
