Like, you talk to yourself constantly.

No. :I Well, not to me. I secretly do it all time, even though now it isn't a secret anymore since I revealed one and lost my small dignity. :'D
Some people might find it extremely weird and strange that you do it, but sometimes it feels natural for people to do it. -
Personally I don't think it is. Having a conversation isn't strange so if you're having one outloud alone isn't strange either. How ever if you started to buy double things of something you only need one of under the impression you are buying it for ' your friend' who is really you then that would be unhealthy more-so if you didn't realise it. But no it's not un-healthy

I don't think that it's too unhealthy by itself. I constantly talk to myself. The people I know find it a bit odd, but as long as it's nothing more than simply talking to yourself (like for example, what puppet said), and you know that you're talking to yourself I wouldn't consider it unhealthy.

I don't think so. I do it too, not constantly, but i do it a lot. Whenever i have trouble sorting something, i discuss it with myself. I find it helpful. So if it's just talking, it wouldn't be unhealthy.

Out loud or in your head.

I've read that it's not. It can be disturbing to others. My older sister does talk to herself a lot, and what she says can be very, very disturbing or violent. She's not a very bright person personality wise.

Honestly talking to myself or imagining that I'm another person asking myself questions helps me to figure out tough decisions. When I'm stuck when writing a story or something I usually try to explain the plot out loud to myself and that helps me to see any plot holes or ways that I can further the story further. It's kind of like how when reading an essay out loud it's easier for you to catch mistakes rather than if you just read through it in your head.
I don't do this in public tho, that would probably scare people xd I mostly just talk to myself in my room after everyone is asleep or when I'm online commenting on things to myself (which is admittedly really weird). -
FluffyEtini NewbieNo. I always do that.

Actually, it depends. Yes, I can be unhealthy if you have a mental disorder. Usually it results in you claiming a voice, which is yourself, to do something harmful. Other times it can be okay. Some people talk to themselves because it gives them confidence. So it depends on the case.

i do

I talk to myself quite frequently. Most of the time, I do it when alone. Actually, I think that's the only time I do it. In my opinion, it's a way to release your feelings outloud without the fear of someone judging you. I mean, the only person hearing you is yourself, right? It's also a good way to come to a conclusion with yourself. Saying what you think out loud helps clear the mind.
