quixoticqueen NewbieI think my anxiety and stress stems from emotional and verbal bullying. I took several tests online and am told I have depression / anxiety and possible paranoia. I also need therapy and counselling. That sucks. A few years ago I would've never thought I would be in this position, but I am.
To be honest, even though I've been hurt a lot this past year, I feel it's kinda my fault too. I don't have many friends, and can never find (and keep) a best friend. Last time I found love I left it for career (or new school, should I say). I'm starting to think this is all my fault, and it really really sucks.
Bottom line is, I'm lonely and I compensate my loneliness with imaginary scenes in my head, even though they'll never come true. Sometimes I compensate it with astrology readings, always searching for something positive, thus wasting incredible amounts of time. I need to stop. I wish my mind will shut down, like a Power Off button on the computer.
I'm a mess.
I'm a mess and I need help. -
Cosmos NewbieAt least half the people on this website feel like this, we all have problems .-.

Let me tell you who isn't equipped to help you with your depression: literally every person on this website. We're all pretty sad here. It's kind of a drag. Ask for help from someone around you who you feel will take you seriously and who is capable of finding you help.

It doesn't neccessarlily suck to need counseling/therapy. They would be far more eqipped than any of us who are on these forums. Mostly all of us are teenagers going through similar difficulties.
We can offer you support and good conversations, though ^_^ -
You'd be surprised how many people need therapists. I've gone through three in my life, and my mother has been considering finding another one for me.

Funnily enough, my last captcha was 'Go to a better place.'

stellahill NewbieHello guys,
I used to fall in the same situation like you. I tried to use
some natural materials with the hope to overcome anxiety. Surprisingly, the result is quite good. Now, i feel more confident. I can control myself better.
My methods are using natural materials, such as chamomile and lemon balm
You can refer this link to gather more tips: howtocontrolanxiety.net
That is the useful website, where i often get information.
Good luck
