Dead_end NewbieI've been depressed all day cuz I'll be shifting to a new school from the school I've attended all my life. My friends are just worsening it, sending sentimental texts. I'm eating chocolates like I usually do when I'm really sad and crying silently, looking at those texts.... Any weird or typical habit of urs that u do when ure sad?

Same. Or I just sit in my room and sulk

I eat and or sleep and watch comedians talk about ironic subject.

I have a copy where I write why I'm sad, so I write in it while listening to some songs.

I try to relax. Maybe listen to some music that makes me happy. Jumpy music gets me dancing and excited. Or just nap, maybe eat a little.

I play video games and eat snack food.

If I'm sad and angry, I punch walls and stuff.
If I'm just sad, I hide under my covers with food and the internet. -

I usually listen to a specific playlist I have and watch YouTube videos that cheer me up

Depends on what level of sadness I am, most of the time I just sleep.
