It's not offensive - India is a non English speaking country yet there are quite a few Indians on here. But there aren't the same number of (examples) Chinese, Japanese, French, Egyptian users on here.

No it doesn't matter, it was just an observation. Zia and Aadee are also indian and so was Gracious

Well, you should not say that way about somebody's country, it's offensive and really very bad, Indians do speak English and there was British rule for almost 180 years so of course they have the right to speak English ... just to tell you more than 2000 languages are spoken in India and English is considered to be an official language of India ... official works are done in English in India ...
