I'm behind on schoolwork, I'm not eating healthy or doing much exercise, I'm lonely and depressed and dealing with things beyond my control. I'm stressed and I don't know how I'm going to make everything alright. I know I seem nice, calm and collected but I'm really such a screw up.

I'm only in 9th grade so I can't, and the sad thing is I used to be so good at school. But this year has killed me inside.
