what makes us so special that extraterrestrials have to come here and visit us if they truly have all this technology then we can be compared to ants on the side of the highway basicly saying

Well they obviously wouldn't find that much other life out there in the huge ass universe and s--- so they'd be interested in finding out about us and mayber they clone humans and use them as slaves back on their planets or something.

but if the universe is so huge there might be a planet that could also sustain life millions possibly

Ya but places like that would be extraordinarily few and FAR in between, you have to think of how big the universe is xD and how difficult it would be to get way way way out to some other place that not only is capible of sustaining life but already has some developed to our point.

humans only think they're superior because we live in a world were the only other living things are animals and plants,and by un forcing our will on a planet that holds so much life has negativly effected our world
