I'm not gonna explain too much, but one of the other shift managers is mad at me cuz apparently I don't have f---in psychic powers to know she wanted me to help her up front, when I was a kitchen crew today. and she took it out on the kitchen closer, never said a word to me about it. and I know she already went to the regional manager and complained and cried cuz that's what she always does.
so when I get to work tomorrow I'll have to deal with this, I'll probably just go right up to her when I get there and tell her I don't have f---ing mind reading powers, I was busy training the new guy in the kitchen you guys seemed perfectly fine up front, you didn't ask me for f---ing help.
and I can argue like an angry black woman so hopefully I'm in this mood when I go in to work tomorrow to fight. Im usually all peaceful so it might be fun. -
Calm down, I know you will be pissed and all but don't do anything you will regret maybe?
Just go and calmly talk to her, being all violent may just make things worse
