Just open your mind. Just dont think. Just do. Not in a bad way. Just let go off all the worriness, hate, amd all the negative energy amd feel positive energy flow through your system.
The intuitive thing I am doing now really works. Right, now. I feel full of power and full of positive strength.
Just become one with inner peace and intuition and wisdom and become the spiritual chi you want to be. -
Generally I just return myself and check myself back out, renews are so clunky.

I typically follow the "check myself before I Shrek myself" rule of thumb. It works pretty well.
