Have you guys thought about that rule?
That rule is useless because if you never talked to strangers, you wouldn't be able to make new friends or meet new people.

Talk to strangers in a safe environment, if you're getting good vibes from them.
Talk to staff in restaurants or stores if you need to. They're strangers, but they're probably okay. -
