When I'm angry I write. Or come on here. Probably not the best solution, but having normal conversations with people who don't give a crap about what I look like, my grades, what I had for lunch...that makes me feel better.

Exercise. That helps a lot with getting anger. It just lets all your energy out.

the hitting things approach never worked for me.
I just don't feel it.
Doesn't calm me down "let out" anger or otherwise.
doing some hardcore training, or
Listening to some music with badass earbuds on volume 80-95% and trolling debates makes me feel a lot better. -
LoneShadow - I try to annoy myself as much as possible when I'm mad. So I just lay in my bed and make the most annoying bird sounds possible :T It helps.
