  What is the main reason for it? Is it because wearing bra for a long time increases the chance of breast cancer?

  "No Bra day" sounds like something a guy made up to oggle at breasts all day, but I could be wrong.
  
  But there was a study done to show that wearing a brea for a long time makes your breasts saggy because it wears on the natural muscles in your breasts that perk them up naturally.
