I sometimes would punch the wall, but then a hole ends up in it. I don't know.
Sometimes when I do punch the wall, I feel like the anger inside me has been release, but then again, after leaving a hole in the wall, it turns out I'm hurting myself.
I don't know. I don't even know myself anymore either, but it doesn't mean that I'm weird or anything, it just means that I have to release the pain inside me, but I can't find any other way of doing that.
