Right now, we're not in a good financial situation. Almost out of food in our house, with the exception of basic things, and behind on bills. I hear we aren't getting any payment for another two weeks. (apparently internet was paid for before any of this happened, I haven't heard the full story because my mom tells me little white lies about these things)
I DO hear, though, that we're getting a nice amount of money next month, so this should work.
Next, and less possibly optimistic bit, there's this DAMN project I have to do, which I was supposed to be doing in small increments over the past 5 months (the smart way), but instead decided to do only the intro and a small amount of research up until now, when the paper was actually due (the dumb--- way).
So now I'm halfway through the paper, and begun building the actual display for the project (without which I cannot write the other half of the paper). I'm supposed to have met with the project mentor for this month, but I felt shame and did not enter, and now even with less shame I cannot enter, due to discussions on IB scheduling taking place. (HHGHREGJUERGESJFHRJGIUERHUHERSFHJGHRKAAUKLSD)
I already missed last month's meeting, and have a 75% because of that for last semester. Guess what? Can't make it to this meeting either. So now, the mentor probably sees me as an incompetent, lazy slob. Also, it looks like 80% is the maximum I can get for this project. (75%+5% if I do it well, if I completely and utterly FAIL I'm looking more at 65%)
Not to mention, who IS this mentor I speak so fondly of? *sarcasm* Freaky. Plain freaky. I go to her room on the other side of the school, and two floors down, and she only spends about 5 minutes actually talking to me. Maybe one sentence in that is actual helpful advice, the others just go something like "You need to get this done, okay? Hmm, nope, doesn't look good...I'll help you when done tending to the choir." *runs away* *never comes back*
Also, she stares me down. IT'S FREAKY.
So basically, here's the barrage of f-bombs at the end I promised.
