My mom's a Biology teacher.She loves Biology and she wants me to like it too.But the real is that the worst subject (for me) is Biology and I suck at it.But my mom expect me to get good grades >=(

Because it would be nice for the mother and daughter to share a common interest? xP My mother loves music and wanted me to learn an instrument.
I decided i would like to learn 4. So it worked out fine for my mum. -

Parents always try to project themselves onto their children. My dad does that a lot with me, and it really pisses me off.

My dad likes dead people. No, not like the actual bodies, because that would be gross, but the names and dates. I spent a lot of my childhood out in cemeteries looking for someone's cousin's nephew's son off their father's sister's side or whatever. I can say that I now have an uncanny ability for find a gravemarker from an entire cemetery, just by looking at the stones around me.
But yeah, I'm not getting into the rest of his history fangirling. Not joining DAR or going to all these historical places and talking to old people and trying to find our long-lost relatives that were somehow related to my future spouse, thus ruining our relationship to be. -

I love bio though, the main reason I joined was to cut dead things open so I'm biased.

I love Chemistry because I love mixing different things together.

I hate chem personally because the formulas confuse me.
Not to mention I suck at balancing chemical equations. -
I don't like Bio either. Since I'm in Earth Science this year instead of Physical Science (I'm in advanced), if I get reccomended for AP Bio for next year I have the option to take it. But I honestly don't think Biology is interesting. I would like disecting and stuff like that, but everything else over rules the thing like. So, instead of taking AP Bio or Living Enviorment (the normal class), I want to take Chemestry in 9th and AP Chem in 10th, and if there's a specialized Astronomy class at my school, I want to take that in 11th. So yeah, I understand how you don't like Biology like your mom does. Here's an idea: tell your mom that you don't like Bio and you don't do good in it, and then find another common interest you have. Perhaps another field of science if your mom likes that? Or, it could be something completely different from science, that you both enjoy

I really like Biology, actually. x3 When I was in 9th grade I took it but the sad thing is was that class sucked because people were too irresponsible for us to do cool things. (It was also a 10th grade class. e.e) I also like Chemistry to a lesser extent, because like Ting said I'm not into equations. I just like elements.
But that's besides the point. xP I don't think it's cool for parents to force you to like things they like. I generally do pay some interest in what mine like, though. My mom's a gardener, my dad's a military/history/football dude, and I'm the anime/artistic chick. We all get along though even if we have different likes, because we share commonalities in other things. -
My dad's an enviromentalist.He wants me to take an interest in that, but it just doesn't tickle my fancy.
I'd much rather make videos on Youtube and make music than be an activist.
