In the US, I think it's 16.
Do you think it should be higher, lower, or same? :P -
Wait. It varies between states
But still 15/16 is an ok age. -
The age of consent in most places is 17 I think. Lowering it to 15 or 16 might not be a bad idea, because there are alot of people who have commited statuatory rape with a 15 and 16 year old, in which the relationship was completely consensual, and are forced to register as sex offenders.
