  intelligence is hard to measure. It has nothing to do with knowledge, more like the capacity of your learning ability. That's why those online IQ tests are useless.

  I've taken those tests, but they always cost 19.99 or something at the end so I never get my result. I quit taking those.

  The measurement of IQ is a mathematical equation: your intellectual age divided by your actual age, multiplied by 100(which is considered an average score). So for example, if you were 20 years old and had an intellectual age of 14, your IQ would be 70, which would technically make you mentally retarded (though only mildly).
