If done right
Trade
Allow anyone, but place under careful watch if needed

Free, unless you're willing to pay for faster service and stuff -

free health care would be the opportunity for the gov't to gain more power, so I believe it shouldn't be free. -

Well, true it's not my body, but I wouldn't do just anybody, and I'm sure the person I would marry, would view things the same way I do, so it's never going to be an issue.

hmm, ever heard of the bulls--- gov't you're talking about? They use the money system and the stock market crashed because of it. Black Friday is a perfect example. Nice to know you don't ahve any idea what the hell you're talking about because you contradicted whay you said.
And looks like your born proof of immigration, since your Asian and your living in Canada. Even if you didn't immigrate in your lifetime, your ancestors did it and your a production of it. There's a second contradiction.

And again, you obviously can't think outside the box b/c the bull-s--- gov't gets more power along with free health care.

tongue AdvancedHonestly dude, I don't know what the point to any of that was. And the purpose of this forum is really just to answer questions, not debate. But unfortunately, that has been abandoned, so I guess I'm free to argue if I need to. I'll only adress you're comments on universal health care for now. Perhaps you believe that universal health care only gives the government more power, but Ting and I believe that the government can do good things by taking an active role. Think about where America would be without Progressive Era reforms for workers, or The Wagner Act during the Depression that made it illegal to break up unions, or the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act during the 1960s. The only reason I have for disliking the government is because our leaders seem to have forgotten that the federal government can do great things in an activist role, and because the democratic process has been hijacked by moneyed interests who want to prevent and even roll back the actions that benefit a great many Americans because those actions hurt their bottom line.

I want to point out that I gladly would've been fine with just posting my answers, but I have to defend them because Carri had to insult them for no reason. And I was taking legitimate shots at her opinions because she can't even keep them straight.
I understand where your coming from, but history always shows that when the gov't power is strengthened, it always comes with corruption. Trail of Tears and Andrew Jackson, Midnight switch with Adams, that's pretty corrupt to me, and that's the stable govt of the US.
And also, that decreases the field of doctors etc. -
tongue AdvancedHealth care would have to be provided by the government to be free, unless you wanted to be really utopian and say doctors should work for free.

tongue AdvancedAlso universal health care only decreases the field of s---ty doctors who are in it for the money, which I have no problem with. Doctors in a profit-driven industry have basically become corrupt drug dealers. Doctors as public servants would have a helluva lot more integrity than doctors as entrepeneurs.

Appa, my Dad's a dentist and he offers to work on some people for free if there's no possible way they can afford and life's been hard for them. -
