Kate- calm down. That's what a supplement is for. To send messages to the brain that they no longer need to eat. That's what it is normally for. that's the pespective I'm arguing from.

And not trying to seem rude, but I want my mother around a lot longer. And I don't want my little cousin to constantly be in trouble or drugged because of something he can't control or even understand.

What? No. That misses the point of why we eat.
We eat to get nourishment like vitamins. Vitamins are found in food and supplements.
Therefore it doesn't make you think you need to quit eating. -
That's the reason the gov't would ban it. They overlook rare cases becasue it's rare. And I never said your mom was a drug addict.

Appa- I'm sure there are vitamins in supplements too, but there are also chemicals that send that message to the brain to stop ating.

You do realize, girls, that these supplements include Midol? That keeps our moods in check and all. The world is going to f---ING END if they put this in place. -

Well, you don't need to talk about something you barely know about. A "regular definition" isn't going to tell you everything and all of it's goods and bads.
It's a sensitive subject because my mom, who means the world to me, is involved in it. Don't take it personally. -
