Demonjoe NoviceI can't stand the guy. He promised change and that's not what we're getting.
1. He PROMISED transperancy but he and the Democrats are doing health care debates behind closed doors.
2. He PROMISED to tax increases on people making less then 250,000 a year but with the stimulus, cap and trade, health care reform and other huge spending programs it looks like that's not going to happen.
3. He PROMISED no earmarks but the stimulus bill had stuff like this: 1.7 million for a honey bee factory, 475,000 to bulid a parking garage in Utah, 200,000 for tattoo removal, 300,000 for Montana World Trade Center, 1 million for Morman Cricket control, 650,000 for Beaver management, 2.1 million for Center for Grape Genetics, 332,000 for the construction of a side walk, 2 million for the promotion of astronomy and 1.7 million for pig odor research(you can't make this stuff up folks).
4. He also PROMISED to leave in Afganistan and Iraq but we're still in Iraq and he just sent 30,000 troops to fight the war in Afganistan.
So with the exception of number 4 I'm wasn't surprised when he broke his promises. During the 2008 election this guy portrayed himself as a moderate but I knew he was a radical. -

I agree with you Demonjoe, he's just like so many politician who lie to get into office and ultimately haven't done the good they promised to do.
