And that's kind of bulls---. If some f---er wants to kill or kidnap or do what ever to someone, then why isn't that much justice served? I mean, sure, prison, big whoop. Then there are small things like community service. But why? I also think that punishment should fit the crime. If you killed someone, bye-bye, you die too. But unfortunately the world would probably still be
f---ed up. But, my point still stands. We need more "bigger" punishments. -

How do you know they killed someone? How can you be 100% sure they killed someone? Because if you give someone the death penalty you can't release them.

True, you don't, and you can't. I'm just saying I'm tired of people getting a slap on the wrist if they commit a crime. Or at least a serious offence.
