There's a pretty big difference between murdering innocents in cold blood and terrorizing countries and killing the people sick enough to do that. These lives are not equal. ISIS needs to be destroyed.

ISIS and the west aren't that different, ISIS bombs because they dislike our morales, we bomb ISIS because we dislike their morales. We bomb them because they bombed us, they bomb us because we bombed them.

Were we actively attacking them before they started killing people? -
First off, there are 2 types of terrorists, those who have a few screws loose and those who wouldn't be one under other circumstances.The latter doesn't want to be a terrorist, they want to be on the farm with their family. Either the family or farm is gone.
The US has been f---ing around in the middle east for ages, pre 9/11.
Now I'll take you back to a day on 1998. The US bombs many iraqi targets. The goal was to cripple their defences. Many of their fighters were outside of the bases on patrols. Their families however were in the bases.
9/11 happens. Unconfirmed but I've heard many of the terrorists on the plane has lost their families.
There was false intelligence saying Hussein has biological, and even nuclear weapons.
In 2003 the US goes into iraq. By december they've removed saddam hussein which was the goal.
However there is a power vacuum which led to instability.
Then in 2006 ,ISIS formed, they quickly took the weapons the iraqi military had formed.
So basically the US destroyed life in iraq. -
I often find US being scared... Scared of terrorists, scared of aliens, scared of everything/everybody who seems to be powerful.
I totally agree with Kish. Killing won't lead us anywhere. We need to talk peacefully, see where we are wrong and ammend it.
Before Middle east, US lead to the Vietnamese War. And we all know the result. Why do the same thing again? -

No, I know. I'm still all for killing everyone involved with ISIS. I have to acknowledge that we've done wrong, but ISIS needs to go down. No one is going to change my mind about that. I'm not really feeling arguments lately, though, so blow up the world. Whatever.
