Kraken Rum
Many years ago in the Caribbean Islands a ship carrying a large quantity of black spiced Rum mysteriously disappeared. It is rumored that the ship was attacked by the Kraken, a legendary sea monster known for its deadly tentacles, razor sharp teeth, and insatiable appetite.
Kraken Black Spiced Rum is distilled in pot stills on the Virgin Islands and fermented from molasses made from sugar cane grown on nearby riverbanks. Natural yeasts are used to ferment the water thinned molasses, which is converted directly into alcohol. Kraken Rum is then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 24 months before being blended with a range of spices, including cinnamon, ginger and clove. -
Don't like that one so much.

Signature Rum of Bermuda ~ Gosling's black seal
The story of the Gosling's Rum dates back to 1806 been James Gosling, who was sent out to the sea by his father, heading towards Virginia, with 10.000 pounds Sterling worth of wines and spirits. After 91 days the charter on the ship Mercury ran out and James had to settle on Bermuda, where he opened a wine and spirits shop.
James Gosling returned to England in 1824 to open a shop with his brother Ambrose, a shop the Goslings maintain to this day. Their first Rum was produced decades later, in 1863, called the Black Seal Rum that is synonymous with Bermuda, where it's produced. Today, the 7th generation Goslings lead the family business, in Bermuda, and are the largest exporter of any Bermuda made product, as well as the only company that blends and bottles on said island.
Gosling Black Seal Dark Rum is produced using a blend of pot and column still Rums imported into Bermuda and aged 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. The Black Seal is great to sip with a cigar or mix with various cocktails. -
He sounds somewhat familiar, have I drunk his rum before...

Scary Name Rum ~ Deadhead Rum
Veracruz, Mexico is known for its deep caves, high mountains, abundant rainfall and fertile, lush sugar cane plantations. Tropical Veracruz is a city with a Caribbean soul, feisty rhythms, feisty people, fierce sunshine and beautiful spirited madness. Famous for its sugar cane plantations, Veracruz is recognized as the cradle of high-quality Rum due to its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and its warm trade winds it is where DeadHead Rum was born.
DeadHead Rum is distilled from molasses and sugarcane juice that is fermented with yeast over local air and then double-distilled Pot Still method. It's then filtered through charcoal and aged six years in Sherry casks. -

"Beautifully expressed product." Martin Cate, Smugglers Cove -
Rum Sixty Six
From the last family-owned Rum distillery in the Caribbean comes Sixty Six, a pot and column distilled Rum, aged for 12 years in small white oak casks. This Rum has a mouthful of rich flavour and a very strong oak influence.
The family reserve was originally just that, a reserve for the family, but luckily they chose to share it with the rest of the crew.
"It's a small batch that's laid down to start with and so it has the feel of craftsmanship, rather than mass production. A high quality product." The Floating Rum Shack -
Complex Rum
BANKS 7 GOLDEN AGE RUM
23 RUMS from 8 DISTILLERIES and 7 ISLANDS are blended into this full flavoured and complex Rum. There's also Arrak from Java, Indonesia in this blend. Arrak is similar to Rum in style, but is produced from red rice. WOW.
Each of the Rums give the final product a distinct flavour profile. Arrak from Java adds a touch of spice, and the pot stills from Jamaica provide it with an exceptional aroma.
