Look at each student as an individual and don't expect them to meet the exact same standards as everyone else. Aim to prepare students with basic life skills and training towards their dreams that can help them be an innovative and contributing part of society. Support their talents and interests instead of locking them in a classroom they don't want to be where they will most likely get bored and disrupt activities. Make sure all classrooms are safe and clean learning environments so everyone can learn. Challenge each student but don't overload them. Understand that there will be moments in class of social interaction but try to keep things professional and that they work on their tasks. Balance. Encouragement.
This is what I believe would make education better. And of course there will always be students that just plain don't want to be there, so I say let them do what they want and take personal responsibility. Education is amazing privilege when you think of so many impoverished countries. Basically making the work more interesting and usable for the students and encourage.
