Perhaps in your opinion, but according to my observations, it does annoy other people and causes that specific person to display much ignorance if their religion is challenged, especially because they are nothing wit hour their religion. It's better to find other things to talk about than to wiggle your religion into everything. I do understand that that may be her belief that "God" is in everything, butit is annoying and disrespectful to debate with other people about it when the topic does not neccesarily call for that.

Rain, it appears to me that you are the on who has a problem with what we are discussing you have constantly bashed on any form of religion or spirtuallity. If you have a problem with us talking about this sort of thing then don't keep going to the place were are talking about this. (And by the way you were the on who got us talking about this) But, as it seems that you have the urge to keep coming here even though you know that a topic that you despise is being discussed then that leads me to be lieve that you are a serious power trip that has to be in control of what everyone thinks, or you really do want to here what we have to say claiming that we are the most stupid people on the planet for even second guessing the possibility of God, while you yourself have seriously considered though of him being real. And are trying to find do the answers to prove or disprove his existence.

Number 1, What makes you think you deserve their respect? And Number two, its something of a hallmark of gtq to have free open, dynamic conversations. The point of having multiple people in a conversation is that the bring up things you didnt think were called for. In other words, if you think a given conversation must go exactly how you imagine it should, that makes you annoying. If you cant handle it when people deviate from your little designs on what should be, that makes you ignorant.

And, slim you brand people based on your personally opinions and predjuce. If you think that I'm annoying and ignorant then I might say the same for you and for that case everyone, because of the close-mindedness of everyone. Everyone here (except for maybe Alex and a few others) is close minded to the possibility of anything other than What they believe and when someone comes up to them and brands them to a particular word it not only arouses dark, or hurtful feeling toward the people who branded them which is why people leave the site angry saying it was because of a certain group of users or user. If everyone branded you something that you think your not then you might either deal with it like I do or huff of of the site. You guys all claim that I'm ignorant and closed minded, but in my experience people who say something about another person's sin orpersonality flaw usually suffers from the same thing, which leads me to the point of this paragraph. You guys are ignorant and closed minded. So stop calling people names and use your brain.

I've been on your side of this debate before. I spent time studying both sides and honestly I've tried to reason with and understand what you're getting at just as I've tried to do with every die hard Christian who came before you (and believe me, there were many.) But honestly, one can only listen to the same fallacious speech so many times before it just becomes vapid and obstinate.
