Lol, I don't understand how one family gets investigated for letting their kids walk by themselves when so many others do it too. Maybe if the boy looked older someone wouldn't have said anything, he looks a bit young for 10.

I suspecr the investigation goes deeper then just picking up the kids walking around. Given that young kids walk to and fro home everyday everywhere, its uncanny the one family that got investigated for it, deliberately set their kids to be independent
