While personally I thought wilson shouldn't be indicted due to all of the conflicting evidence for eric garners death they had a f---ing film of eric garner being killed unnecessarily.

Well, the film doesn't really count for anything when it comes down to it, considering it wasn't the choke hold that actually killed Garner, as confirmed by the medical report from Julie Bolcer.
Yes, it's tragic he died, but you can't single out a single man for the incompetence of the group, that's just scape goating to avoid looking at the larger issue. Take all the officers involved to court for manslaughter, that's the only just course of action here.
Thank god I live in a country where I can trust my local police. -
Cops get away with a lot of shady stuff unfortunately, especially against minorities. If Eric Garner were white, the cop who killed him wouldn't be walking away Scot-free. But I generally don't like to think of police brutality as a race issue because everyone is in danger of having their rights trampled in a country where a small wealthy elite controls everything. The job of the police has become to enforce the will of corporate of government elites.
You are right though Geek. There were ambiguities in the Michael Brown case, but it was entirely clear what happened in Eric Garner's death. -
Agreed. Unfortunately the law of truly laege numbers will take over her and because this time there was a real issue, everyones gonna be whinning for years.
