so a few months back apparently new york decided to legally allow bare breast in public.
On the subject of legal public nudity, logically I can't see a reason not to allow it.
Once (if) it becomes widespread, it'll lose it's novelty, and people will wear what they do or don't feel like.
Personally I don't care to go nude in general, instead of your clothes getting dirty, you'll get dirty. Instead of you pants picking up bacteria, your ass'll pick up bacteria. more vulnerability to the sun- therefore skin cancer-, and more vulnerability to pests such as mosquitos or flies.
Also I enjoy the novelty of nudity. While I wouldn't preach mandatory clothing, I REALLY like the morays and folkways of it the way they are. guess I'm old fashioned that way... C'est la vie.
I also tend to think this thing about nudity is a somewhat trite and petty way of expressing "freedom" and being rebellious. but then again I'm still holding out hope that it's very small, and fleeting fad.
All in all I'm not happy with it, but at least it's one less thing for people to whine about..
On the bright side I heard someone talking about stylizing their skin..seashells on breasts, painting flames, beach teeth on their arms..
now while I don't care for the particular style, I do like the idea of decorations :D
basically the only thing I do like about the whole affair.
Opinions? Discussions? -
If at the community I live in, majority of people suddenly start to get out nude in public, leaving my country will be my first priority.

lol. I don't feel quite that strongly about it, but I definitely would prefer the designation of nudity to stay as it is..
Any particular reason you'd be so adverse to it? -
Because it's really creepy to me. Imagine how many fat/hairy people there are in the world. Not everybody looks good e.e

fair enough, and I think that would be one of the most commonly put arguments against nudity(that and hygiene) but then again most civilized establishments have a no shoes, no shirt, no service policy.

well obviously most people dont look like top of the line super models : P i dont think theres anything wrong with the human form but i dont think public nudity is ok in most places such as malls due to hygiene and whatnot. I think public nudity is best saved for beaches and nudist communities. :)
