I woke up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and rolled out of bed and got dressed in jeans and a grey tank top

I stretch as I get sweats and an under armor shirt on. Then I walk to the kitchen.

I was already in there drinking a cup of black coffee my hair in a pony tail

"so, day one" I say as I walk in.

Looks at "Yup. Be ready it will be hard. Depending." Finnishes coffee

"nobody told me it was going to be easy, so what's first?"

Walks outside "Running."

"easy. How much, five miles?" I say as I follow you.

"How many miles do you run?" I ask

I shrug, "three to five, daily"

"never ran that far, but..." I pop my neck. "challenge accepted"
