A glittering broze shield. And beside that was my prize...

A gleaming silver dagger. All mine.

I reached my hand out I ran my finger across the blade. Blood trickled lightly on my skin. Sharp... I though.

I took it and ran down the hallway, forgetting the whimpering I heard.

I never passed anyone as I ran out the exit... I stopped when I saw...

Him.. Standing with a machete

oh no. this is it. i am going to die.

I saw him coming, I doged his first attemp on killing me.

took the dagger and thrust it at him

Hitting him in the spine, dropping him dead as a rag doll.

I laughed viciously. "Ha!" I said. But then I heard police cars coming my way..

I ran to the woods close by.. But it only seem to trigger more ways for the police to catch me. I was doomed.. Or was I?
