"Let it all out.. Let it all out."
-
"Preston, your parents are blind. You... They need to accept you for who you are. Coming out of the clost is a big step, I know... But there is no way in Hell they needed to do what they done."
-
"They did. They needed to convey God's message to me... They needed to do it so they could rid the world of a sinner, of a disgrace. They did what was best for me... I was a mistake. I was a faulty item. I needed to go. I still need to," the last sentence was muttered under his breath so it could barely be heard. "I started burning when I was fourteen. I started cutting when I was sixteen. It helped the pain. It still helps it." His fingers twitched, dying for the comforting cool bite of a razor blade. The hurt inside of him was too much; he needed relief. He'd always resorted to the only way he knew how.
-
All of this was too much for Trenton. His sea blue eyes sparkled sadly, he was speechless.
-
The young man bit his lip, some tears stinging his eyes as they spilled over quietly. He was embarrassed, so very embarrassed, after revealing so much to someone he'd just met no more than ten minutes ago... But something within him told Preston he could trust Trenton, and not just because helping him was part of his profession.

(Hey, I'm back from theater. Listen to 'It's Not Over' by Secondhand Serenade along with 'The Last Song Ever' and 'Goodbye' if you'd like. They're very good.)
-
(Okiez ^-^)
"Preston... We're going to get through this..." Trenton silently said, hoping he was right. -
Preston glanced up at Trenton, his face the very definition of a beautiful disaster. His eyes were red and puffy; his lips were chapped and cracked, yet he was somehow gorgeous. He didn't reply. How could he reply? What would he say; that he would get through it? That he would push through the pain to lead on with a happy life on the other side of the tunnel he was stuck in? No, he wouldn't say anything, for all of the previous notions were lies.
-
Trenton once again looked into Preston's sad brown eyes.
-
His mind got lost in the seas of blue, vaulting him out of reality for a few moments. He remembered the boy who had caused him to come out of the closet... Tyler Jarson. He'd had raven hair and bright blur eyes just like Trenton.
"Trenton," he whispered quietly, pleadingly. "You shouldn't waste your time on me." -
"B-But I want to waste my time on you..." Trenton stuttered.
-
"Why? Why do you want to?" he asked, his voice laden with sadness.
-
"Because..."
-
His eyes flickered to the floor. "You're paid to do it. I know you are. You can say it."
