He eventually pulled away from the light grip he had on Ivan and curled up on the other side of the bed, deep in the nightmare despite him moving so much.
xD I'm glad to have made you giggle. -
Ivan did feel it when Giovanni wasn't there anymore and woke up. He yawned and stretched, scooting closer to Giovanni and wrapping his arms around him again.

The warms around him made the nightmare clear. The hospital, again. The doctors held on to him while he screamed, cried, and begged for Ivan to help him so they wouldn't take him away. But the Russian would look at him remorsefully and never mutter a word to him in the dream. Gio didn't realize how he was really crying outside of the dream.

Ivan, still awake now, saw the tears streaming from Gio's face. He shook his shoulder roughly, trying to wake him up.

He woke up, seeming like he was hyperventilating and somewhat confused.

"Are you okay, love?" Ivan asked worriedly, wiping the leftover tears from his face.

He wanted to reassure Ivan, but the state of his own confusion made him edgy. So instead he shook his head, his head throbbing and a heat especially on his palms and hands.

"Aw, I'm sorry, love." Ivan hugged him tightly.

He just nodded, seeming like he was unsure of what Ivan was saying.

Ivan pet Gio's hair softly.

He flinched at the contact, heaving softly.

"Giovanni?" Ivan asked in concern.

It took a while for him to respond, but he finally said, "I feel worse.."
Ever hear of Reye's Syndrome? -
"Oh no.. Do you need to take some of the medecine?"
No. -
"I think that's what's making me bad," Gio breathed.
