"I'm so pathetic.." he whined.

"No you're not, Giovanni." Ivan said softly.

"Yes I am.. All I do is lie around and cough up blood and you're here trying to make me feel better," he cried.

Ivan shook his head. "No, love."

He didn't bother responding. He just felt so useless.

Ivan kissed the top of his head.

"I love you.." he whispered.

"I love you too." Ivan said.

Giovanni nodded slightly and closed his eyes.

"You wanna sleep now?"

He nodded again.

"Okay," Ivan said and laid down. Pulling the blanket up on both of them.

He cuddled closely to Ivan.

Ivan pulled Giovanni close to him.

"I love you," he whispered once more.
