Tray nodded. "Yeah. My parents didn't really like it, probably just because my mom wanted grand kids and my dad is the manliest man I know. I guess he assumed I would turn into a girl, which I guess I'm starting to do," Tray said, laughing a bit.

She giggled a little. "Your parents should love you for who you are, though. It makes you special."

Tray shrugged. "My dog didn't care that I was gay, so it was alright." Tray laughed. But it was true. The last three years had been torture for him at school and his dog, Tobi, had been his only comfort.

Maria continued to smile at him as she got into the care. "You're such a sweet boy. At least something was there to comfort you."

"Thanks," tray said as he got in the passenger seat. "Did Valentino ever say he was gay, or did you just find out when he brought me here?"

"We had thoughts that he might have been gay. It wasn't clear until he brought you here. He used to flirt with just about anyone."

Tray raised an eyebrow. "Oh really?" he asked curiously.

"Yes. He used to be the type of person that would go through 'loves' quickly."

"So, he had a lot of relationships?" Tray asked, himself having dated only one other person, and that was four years ago. It was a small fling with a chick he knew, and he was just seeing if he was really gay or not.

"Yeah. Most of which didn't last long because he became tired and restless. It seemed like he really loved them too, but all of a sudden he just fell out of love," she shrugged, starting up the car.

"Hunh." Tray said. Interesting..

She remained smiling as she drove out of the driveway.

Tray sighed softly and watched out the window.

"Is there anything wrong?"

What she had said about his relationships was bothering him a bit but he shook his head. "No, I'm fine."
