"Thank you," Connor said smiling.

Shiloh smiled back and took his hand, leading over to the floor. Some people looked over, curiously, and from the nod his father gave him he supposed it was alright.

Connor smiled at Shiloh, not paying attention to anyone else.

The prince looked contently at his love, and as the song began to play, began to dance with him.

Connor followed along, losing himself in the moment. Just being with his love, he was so happy.

Shiloh smiled, couldn't be more happy. He gently kissed Connor's cheek.

Connor's smile widened. "I love you," he murmured quietly.

"I love you too." Shiloh seemed to grin, and there were a few distinct 'awws' in the background. The rest was silent.

Connor chuckled, hearing the 'awws' in the crowd.

Shiloh giggled as well, and was sad when the song ended.

Connor sighed sadly as the song ended. "Hmm, what do you want to do now, my prince?" he asked.

"The ball's almost over. I just want to be with you." He chuckled. "A little tired."

"To bed then?" Connor asked, a small smirk now on his lips.

He giggled. "Yes." Another song began, distracting everyone else again, and he took his love's hand to lead them back to his room.

Connor followed, grinning. "I can sleep here with you tonight?"
