Sabola's father followed the doctor into the ward. Sabola was getting kind of sleepy, so she closed her eyes and took a nap.

Nancy panted and felt like crying. 'I'm f---ing dead.' she told herself 'And no one even knew I exist anyway.'

'Ford,I know what you're trying to do.' Nancy whispered, making sure no one heard her. 'I know.'

Aerie grabbed Ford's hand. "I'm not doing this." Then she grabbed a small incisor tool off a tray and plunged it into her chest. Ford stared at her, tapping his foot, annoyed. Aerie stared at her hand. No blood was gushing, no seering pain. She ripped the tool back out and ran out of the hospital. She found she could run very fast, but now she was like the wind. Blowing away......

'I'm sorry.' Nancy apologiesed to Ford, still crying. 'I'm just scared.'

Sabola saw her father and ran up to him. "What's going on?" she asked.

Ford wiped a tear away, "There's nothing to be scared about, it'll be over quickly. He's getting impatient, but he won't hurt you." Ford grabbed one of her wrists.
