There were flowers being thrown into the water now, because the ship was beginning to move from port. Soon, I had to start making my way to the cabins that I was in charge of, taking requests from the people in the rooms.

Samantha2332 NoviceI walked to my room and started to unpack while the rest of the ship celebrated the parting from dock. The ship was barely away from shore and I was already getting sea sick.

I knock on the door to room 104. Genrich, Shelby my list said.

Samantha2332 NoviceI walked to the door after hearing a knock. I open it smiling. There stood a boy, that was VERY tall. "Can I help you?" I asked.

'Room Service. Do you need anything, Mz. Genrich?' I asked in my oddly polite "i'm working" tone.

Samantha2332 Novice"Oh, um, I dont think so. Call me Shelby, I hate when people call me Miss," I say politely. I stick out my hand for him to shake.

*I shake her hand* 'Well, I don't think my supervisor would like this, but I suppose that I could call you that, Shelby. Would you like anything to drink? Perhaps I could send one of the maids over with a kettle of tea?'

Samantha2332 Novice"Um, I think Im good for now," I say shyly. Ive never been good talking to guys, even just my dad. It felt awkward to me for some reason. I briefly shake his hand and then pull my hand away.

'Alright then. If you need any assistance, then just press this button by the door and I'll be over soon.' I point to the button. 'Goodbye, Shelby.'

*door shuts* 'well, she'll be hungry eventually.' I send a request to the kitchen for a kettle of tea and a crumpet to be sent up to room 104.

'Hello, I have tea and a crumpet for Mz. Genrich?' she says. -
Samantha2332 NoviceI walk to the door and open it. I take the things from the maid and smile. "Thank you," I say sweetly. "I hand her part of the crumpet that I had broken off. "Here." I held up the crumpet to the lady.

'Oh, are you sure? Well, I suppose...' She takes te piece of the crumpet. 'Thank you, M'lady. Have a nice night, and enjoy your time on the R.M.S. Titanic!' *door closes*
