Idea: World is in ruins. Government officials decided to slim down the population by putting a disease into he air that some people were immune to, and some were not.
Well, it went all wrong and ended up killing the people slowly instead of quickly. Those people are always trying to kill others. We are immune, and are trying to find others like us. -
