Thread Topic: Do over.

One character is a boy who is contemplating suicide. He has come to terms with himself but feels there's no way he can ever live a normal, happy life. His parents are extremely anti-gay and so are his classmates and school. He's also disgusted with himself, and avoids getting close to anyone.
When the day comes where he plans on ending his life when he gets home, the second character, a new kid shows up. This new kid sees the first boy, and wants to instantly become close to him. Though he finds out it won't be as easy is he thought. He convinces the other after much talking and encouragement to try and live for one more day. For that day the new kid convinces him (somehow) to ditch school and spend time with him. Slowly, but reluctantly, the boy opens up to his new friend about his life.
It takes place in a high school setting.
