I smiled a bit. "Hey."

He started standing up.

I looked at him.

"Where'd you go?" He asked.

I took a step towards him. "I was in the forest, then I saw the figures die, so I came here."

"Oh."

I nodded. "Yea."

He looked down at the dead bodies.

I looked up at him. "How did you know that cutting off their heads would kill them?"

"I didn't. I just hoped they wouldn't act like hydras, and I cut their heads off." He shrugged.

I sighed. "I just can't believe the others didn't know."

"Maybe nobody ever tried." He kicked one of the heads.

"Still...we've had three wars with the demons, I think someone would've found out after all this time."

"Hmmm..."

I sighed. "I have to leave." I said.
