**Next Morning**
Rain woke up, and looked at the clock. It was about 7, or 8. She sighed and got up, rubbing her eyes, and tried to cook breakfast. -
The next morning, Jay came downstairs and found Rain trying to make breakfast. "What are you doing?"

"Making food." She replied, flipping a pancake.

"Oh. Well, thanks." He yawned.

"No problem." She gave a warm smile and continued making breakfast.

He stood there for a few minutes, watching, then spoke. "So, I bet your parents will wonder where you were, huh?"

"I don't have parents. I ran away from home when I was 13." Seemed convincing.

"Really? Not as angelic as I thought you were," he said, a bit shocked.

Rain smirked.

"So you're living in that big house on your own?"

She nodded. "Yep." she added, handing him a plate.

"Thanks." He took the plate, putting a few pancakes on it.

"Your welcome." She put a pancake on her plate, and ate some of it.

It's a big house for her to be in all by herself... He sat there, eating the pancakes as he considered an idea he had. "So... Rain... you really live there all by yourself?"
