Yes it does. Bread posseses a lot of carbohydrates, which when too many are taken in cause lipids, other known as fat. However, if these carbohydrates are burned off with excercise, you have a healthy balance. ;-; Health lesson. I didn't watch the video.

What Teresa said. Basically, just keep a healthy balance. If you don't take in more calories then what you live off of and burn through exercise, you won't get fat.

A healthy diet involves variety. Vegetables, fruits, and grains are important, as well as a source of protein. Meat, dairy products, nuts, and alternatives such as tofu can help supply it. Though we only need 10% protein in our diet, without it we won't be strong enough and our muscles will weaken. Healthy balance is always best. :3
