Why don't we talk about it now? Tell me everything you want to say, I've got about 4 hours until I actually have to go so you've got all the support you need, LoL.
-
I hate deppresion and sh1t like that,it gets in the way of life.I went through it-still am,I just ignore it and think of something else.
-
Me too, I take my mind off of all the sadness and read a book and get lost in an imaginary world, LoL.
-
LoL alrighty I guess one of the most difficult things right now is my dad has ptsd and several medical problems so he's having a lot of trouble with things. He's retiring out of the army soon and that's why we're moving. But it takes a lot of paperwork and stuff so we've been having to wait a couple months.
I'm really stressed trying to help my mom and dad with all this work. I just wish I had a hometown once again and Had some stability in my life. -
I hate depression too I've been dealing with it a while so I guess I've gotten more used to it but it sucks. My imaginary world is in my mind and sometimes I just wish I could escape and go there.
-
I say you should just sit on your bed and relax your mind. What I do when I want to relax is have a bath wit a great book (LoL) just do anything that helps you relax and feel calm. Your brain is on fire and you just need to let it rest for a bit and have some fun, then the next time you have to help them with work, you'll feel refreshed.
Sorry I suck at advice but I'm trying to help the best I can. -
No that's really good advice Roady, my brain hurts so bad because I never give it a rest lol. I noticed that sometimes I have too much pent up energy so I like to go on our exercise bike and listen to my ipod, it's a time I have some peace. And I like yoga. I guess I need to do something mindless in order to feel better.
-
Uh huh, I know how stress is because I used to feel that way with homework and school, but then I'd just watch TV or play some games, have a drink or so and then I'd feel fine. ^^
-
lol yeah it's been so stressful for months now. I am so glad I finally got homeschool work done last month it's taken some stress off and luckily once I get back to the mainland I can find a real school that doesn't drive me completely insane. But now I have a lot more free time for my mind to think deeply about the meaning off things, and that can really depress me.
-
I understand how you feel, school can be really stressful, especially when you're really low down and need to work your ass off to be higher.
So what other problems do you have? -
Well like in real life I don't hang out with a lot of people I'm on my own a lot. And I have terrible social anxiety whenever I'm around large crowds I feel really out of my element. I guess I'm just alone most the time and have a hard time relating to people.
Btw I hope I don't sound like I'm complaining a lot lol :P -
My internet shut me off,and now I gtg later guys.
-
Hmm... Perhaps you should try getting a pet? You know, like a dog to take out on walks and play games with at the parks, or a kitty to stroke.
If your parents say no, then you could try making friends with people who have similair interests.
And no, you're not complaining, I love helping people and you need a lot of help so to know I'm making a difference is good. ^^ -
Good bye sick, see you later.
-
Okie bye Sick
Yeah my mom said I can get a kitten, which I've been wanting for a while, once we move to Maine. It would be so nice to take care of something that needs me and can comfort me when I'm sad. The nice thing about animals is they don't care what you look like or if people think you're weird, they want to be your friend :)
And it's funny because it's so hard to find people with similar interests in the mean time. I love Asian rock/pop music but America can be really shallow and about 90% of teenagers here I cannot relate to at all. The kids in my neighborhood think I'm a loner or something.
